At Shetler’s Legendary Holmes, we believe in making the home-buying process as straightforward and transparent as possible. We understand that purchasing a home is a significant investment, which is why we are committed to providing clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprises.
What’s Included in Our Base Price
Our base price covers everything you need to move into a fully functional, comfortable home. Here’s what’s included:
- Kitchen Features: Wolf Classic Cabinets, a full kitchen with a range, microwave vent, and ample storage space.
- Bathroom Amenities: A tub/shower combo, vanity, closet, and washer/dryer hookups.
- Heating and Cooling: A mini split AC/Heating unit with three heads, along with a backup auto electric heater in each room.
- Energy Efficiency: An EMAX 10-year electric water heater (gas optional), pressure tank, and water filter. Our homes are designed to minimize energy costs, with an average energy cost calculated at just $114 per month, depending on your supplier and usage.
- Durable Flooring: Lifetime vinyl floating floors with 2-inch Dow insulation beneath.
- Bedrooms: Each bedroom features a large 2ft x 10ft closet and space for a queen-sized bed.
- Exterior and Structural Features: 2×6 trusses and studs placed 16 inches on center, 29 gauge metal roofing, vinyl board and batten siding, and 4×4 lifetime runners.
Additional Costs
While our base price includes everything you need to get started, there are a few additional costs to consider:
- Site Preparation: The unit must be installed on an 8-inch concrete pad or an 8-inch block wall. Site preparation is not included in the base price and will need to be arranged separately.
- Delivery: We offer free shell delivery up to 25 miles from our location. If your site is further away, additional delivery charges will apply.
